Soundproofing between motel rooms and new Maine-made mattresses for a good night’s sleep. Simple light continental breakfast: strong coffee (locally-roasted, organic, fair-trade), tea, fresh fruit and pastry (often using our own or other locally-grown fruit) offered each morning.

To support our sustainability efforts rooms do not have refrigerators, microwaves or coffee makers. Upon request we are happy to add a mini-fridge to your room for $5/night.

Motel Rates & Reservation policies — please review

$25 fee for all cancellations, at any time, for any reason. 72 hour minimum cancellation notice. Less than 3 day notice and you are charged for the first night stay at the base rate. No refunds on early departures. All rates two person occupancy. Maximum room occupancy is four. $20/extra person. Tax additional (currently 7%). Rates subject to change and may be higher during special events or festivals. Cash welcome accompanied by valid credit card and matching identification for security.
